I love discussing things (especially fandoms). I don't like arguments, I don't like breaking canon, and I don't like insults. My ask box is somewhere, and open.
My fandoms include Welcome to Night Vale, Homestuck, Sherlock, Frozen, Matilda (book, movie, and musical, although I know the musical best), Avatar: the Last Airbender (way behind on Korra), Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Disney Princesses (mostly), and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog.
I can review original characters of all kinds- go to my ask box!
I have a Flight Rising as misstori, and am on Spotify as misstorikata.
I support members of all other fandoms, and believe that when it comes down to it, joining a fandom is accepting that you're a dork. We're all dorks in this together, and there's no reason to hate each other's dorkiness (although hating assholes is another story entirely). Over 18.
I thought we could mark this November the 5th, a day that is sadly no longer remembered, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. There are, of course, those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now, orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and, for those who will listen, the annunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn’t there?
